Job Description
Splaat Photo is an award-winning school event photography company. We capture high-quality, dynamic images of school life – from sports fixtures and drama performances to music concerts, prize-givings and candid moments. Our aim is to create cherished memories for families while prioritising children’s safety, privacy and exceptional service.
Key responsibilities:
- Photograph a range of school events, including sports, drama, music, prize-givings and school life.
- Create a positive atmosphere with children, staff and parents.
- Follow safeguarding and data protection protocols (full training provided).
Pay & hours:
Inexperienced photographers start from £12.21 per hour. Rates increase based on skills, experience, performance and feedback.
Flexible hours with regular work during term time. Working hours vary between 5 and 35 hours per week.
Location:
We are recruiting photographers to work primarily with schools in London, with additional opportunities across the Home Counties, the West Midlands and Yorkshire.

Job Requirements
- Passion for photography.
- Confident, professional and reliable.
- Organised and punctual.
- Strong technical skills, including manual camera controls (shutter speed, aperture and ISO).
- Access to a laptop or desktop for image uploads.
- High-quality mirrorless or DSLR camera kit suitable for school photography.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car preferred.
