Job Description
The South Coast Music Partnership is seeking an experienced and motivated Freelance Project Manager to lead the delivery of ‘The Rap Project’ an exciting Paul Hamlyn Foundation-funded project focused on youth voice, creativity and innovation in music education
Job Requirements
Working with schools, young people, practitioners and partners across the region, you will coordinate project activity, manage stakeholder relationships, oversee delivery and support the achievement of project outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in a pioneering programme that will help shape youth-led approaches to music education and create resources that can influence practice beyond the lifetime of the project.
525 hours across the 3 year project. (It is expected that the number of hours worked in year one will be greater than years 2 and 3.) £40 per hour
Flexible and predominantly home-based, with frequent travel to meetings, schools and events as required
A clean driving licence and access to a car for business use will be a distinct advantage for this post due to the location of schools across the SCMP area
