Freelance/full time facilitator

Essential Qualities:

Experience working with children in a group setting, such as teaching, childcare, nursery or camps
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity and the ability to engage children in fun and educational activities.
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
A positive attitude with a solutions-driven approach to problems
A genuine passion in working with children
Must have an enhanced DBS check with updated services
Profound understanding of the importance of Safeguarding children and young people
A bubbly and outgoing personality
Proactive and eagerness to learn
High energy to bring to every task
Preferred Qualities:

Background in early years education
First Aid certification.
Specialised skills such as, ability to play an instrument, magic tricks, etc.
Background in the arts
