Finance, Governance & Operations Manager

Working closely with the Director, you’ll help ensure that Engage is financially sustainable, well-governed and operationally effective. You’ll oversee finance, governance, HR and organisational systems, while providing the insight and support needed to inform decision-making, manage risk and support long-term planning.

You’ll work across a broad range of areas, from budgeting and financial reporting to governance, trustee support, organisational development and funding readiness. Along the way, you’ll help improve systems and processes, strengthen organisational resilience, and create the conditions that allow our organisation to meet its ambitions.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity and who can move comfortably between strategic thinking and practical delivery. You’ll be an excellent collaborator with strong financial and organisational skills, sound judgement, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
