Job Description
We are looking for 6 enthusiastic, reliable freelance staff to support audience research during Freedom Festival in Hull. As a survey team member, you will play an important role in gathering valuable feedback from festival attendees, helping organisers understand audience experiences and shape future events.
This is a public-facing role suited to individuals who are confident, approachable, and comfortable engaging with a wide range of people in a lively festival environment. We are particularly keen to
hear from those who have experience in the cultural sector in Hull.

Job Requirements
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Confidence initiating conversations with the public
– Positive, proactive attitude and resilience in a busy environment
– Good attention to detail when recording responses
– Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
– Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
– Previous experience in market research, events or customer facing roles is desirable but not essential
