Job Summary

Lichfield Garrick is excited to share an opportunity to join our management team as our facilities Manager.

Job Description

As Facilities Manager, you will have overall responsibility for both the fabric and operational systems of the building. You will develop and deliver a Planned Preventative Maintenance Strategy as well as contributing to planning for larger capital development projects.

Job Requirements

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

1. LEADERSHIP
1. As part of the Management Team, leading by example, specifically demonstrating the organisation’s values & standards, promoting excellence in all aspects of the business, and encouraging openness, challenge and learning.

2. STRATEGIC
1. Contributing to the development/delivery of a PPM strategy.
2. Contributing to the development/delivery of capital development projects.
3. Contributing to the work of the Health & Safety Committee.
4. Contributing to the work of the Environmental Sustainability Working Group.
5. Maintaining a detailed understanding of the Garrick building/infrastructure/systems.
6. Maintaining a detailed understanding of other spaces the Garrick uses regularly.
7. Maintaining a detailed knowledge of current legislation relating to the construction, maintenance and operation of buildings open to the public.
