The Experience & Operations team are vital to this mission. You’ll be part of a team that ensures every visitor feels welcome, every event runs seamlessly, and every corner of the museum hums with life. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in live environments – commercially aware, operationally confident, and motivated by building teams that don’t just meet expectations but raise them.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic operational leader with a proven track record in managing large, complex, visitor-facing environments such as cultural venues, attractions, hospitality, or retail. The successful candidate will be an inspiring leader who can develop managers, build strong teams, and foster a high-performing, positive culture. They will also bring confidence in overseeing live operations, ensuring excellent coordination across teams while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.

Previous experience of working in a museum is not required and you do not need to have any academic qualifications; we are looking for someone who has the ability to lead teams with energy and clarity, inspire people to perform at their best, and confidently manage a busy, visitor-focused environment.
