Executive Producer

SICK! Productions

Job Summary

The Executive Producer will drive a dynamic, year-round programme across festivals, creative health and international co-creation, shaping both artistic ambition and organisational growth – positioning SICK! as a globally connected, values-driven cultural producer.

Job Description

This is a defining moment to join SICK! Productions.

We have recently launched our 2025-2030 Business Plan, setting out our vision, strategy and commitments for the years ahead. More than that, it reflects the shared ambition of everyone who has contributed to shaping it.

In 2026, we present the latest iteration of SICK! Festival. Central to this is our Creative Resuscitation (CPR) model, which shifts us from a biennial, month-long festival to a year-round rhythm of seasonal “beats”. This structure is designed to disrupt unsustainable cycles, deepen relationships, and embed community voice and public outcomes across everything we do.

The Executive Producer will be central to making this vision real. Alongside leading this organisational shift, they will play a key role in establishing our new international Status Lab (artist exchange) and Beyond Survival (international co-commissioning) programmes, positioning SICK! as a globally connected, values-driven cultural producer.

This is a senior creative leadership role with real agency, working closely with the Artistic Director/CEO and with Executive Director, supported by our Creative, Community and Administrative Producing team. The Executive Producer will drive a dynamic, year-round programme across festivals, creative health and international co-creation, shaping both artistic ambition and organisational growth.

The role offers the opportunity to strengthen and expand strategic partnerships, champion SICK!’s ethical and values-led approach, and help lead the organisation into its next chapter as we grow our national and international profile.

If you are a driven, imaginative and collaborative leader who thrives in moments of change and wants to help shape what comes next, we would love to hear from you.

We look forward to receiving your application and welcoming you to the SICK! team.
