Job Description

The Executive Director is Silent Uproar’s senior operational leader, working as a “running mate” alongside the Artistic Director & CEO. The Executive Director will: – Provide strong, strategic management to enable Silent Uproar to achieve its artistic and organisational objectives. – Ensure Silent Uproar’s financial sustainability through rigorous financial management, innovative fundraising, and the development of commercial partnerships. -Oversee the delivery of Silent Uproar’s programme of productions, projects and activities to the highest professional standards. – Create a positive, supportive working culture, developing staff and freelancers to their potential. – Act as a key interface between the artistic and business functions of the company, ensuring that creative ambitions are underpinned by robust organisational planning.
