Job Description
We are seeking three ambitious emerging creative professionals from Newham and the surrounding areas who are beginning their careers in events management, project delivery, or content creation. Applicants should have no more than three years’ experience in producing events or working in a venue, festival, or similar creative environment.
This is a paid, structured development programme designed as a Creative Producer launchpad within a National Portfolio Organisation. Each participant will receive dedicated mentorship, hands-on project leadership experience, and access to tailored professional development sessions across production, education, and community engagement. Working closely with Newham Music’s Creative, Education, and Operations teams, the Producers will help design, develop, and deliver community-focused programmes that culminate in public performances and events.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to projects that inspire local audiences, strengthen community connections, and celebrate creativity across Newham. Regular evening and weekend work will be required. The contract is for 21 hours per week.
