Are you passionate about global storytelling and bringing diverse perspectives to an English-speaking audience? Join Translator, a new magazine of translated journalism and reportage from around the world, for the open-minded and the language curious. Our objective is to build a community that, together, can help us all read the world differently – from a much broader set of languages and perspectives than the current Anglophone media provides. Translator launched its weekly Dispatch newsletter in early 2025. We have since launched two print magazines – with our third issue due in late April. As our Editor, you’ll take the lead on our weekly Dispatch newsletter, source and curate outstanding journalism from non-English language publications, manage the editorial process for a selection of print magazine articles, and bring rigour and legal awareness to everything we publish.
