Show: The Devil Wears Prada
Location: The Dominion Theatre, London
Jamie Wilson Productions are looking for a Dresser to work on The Devil Wears Prada at the Dominion Theatre. Working closely with the Head of Wardrobe and Deputy Head of Wardrobe, the role will help to maintain the daily running of the show.
Start date: Thursday 5th March 2026
Job Requirements
- Skills in developing, supervising, and executing dressing schedules
- Positive attitude emphasizing problem-solving skills
- Comfortable assuming leadership responsibilities and working independently
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to challenges
- Proficient in collaborative teamwork within a dynamic environment
- Ability to work diligently and methodically
- Meticulous attention to detail in costume preparation
- Proven proficiency in engaging with a varied team demographics
- Punctual and reliable
Job Responsibilities
- Assisting actors with costume changes during the performance
- Setting costume pieces around the theatre and completing checks pre-show
- Sewing, ironing and washing clothes
- Attending rehearsals
- Repairing and maintaining costumes
- Reporting repairs to the wardrobe team to ensure the standard of production is preserved
- Laundry calls to be covered by the dressing team
- Keep dressing areas tidy and orderly
