Drawing School Coordinator
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 22.5 per week
Salary: £26, 550 per annum pro rata (actual £15,900)

The Drawing School (DS) Coordinator will support the DS programming, liaising with departmental colleagues, other colleagues and freelance tutors to deliver high-quality adult art classes from the RWA building and online.
The DS coordinator will report to the DS Manager. The successful applicant will be joining the RWA at an exciting time of development and will provide both practical and administrative support, as well as customer service of the highest standard, to ensure that the excellence and reputation of the DS is maintained during a period of expansion.

Job Requirements
Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures within an arts education.
Experience in coordinating educational programmes or arts-related events.
Experience of working in a multi-priority organisation.
Able to input into and maintain existing operational procedures and established workflow systems.
Enjoys and is confident in building relationships with a wide range of individuals.
Proactive, can-do attitude, and able to balance independent working with collaborative teamwork Highly organised, able to manage a varied workload with accuracy and excellent attention to detail. Resilient with the ability to work calmly under pressure. An ability to plan and prioritise strategically for optimal efficiency, meeting the demands of time sensitive tasks Effective communication skills, listening, spoken, and written with the ability to communicate confidently with a range of individuals on the phone and in writing when for example when responding to enquiries from tutors, models or customers.
