With responsibility for creative and technical deployment across multiple sites, the Distribution Producer ensures each show is delivered to Lightroom’s high standards on time, on budget, and in full compliance with IP and licensing requirements.

High level of proficiency with project tracking systems (e.g. Smartsheet, Airtable), and strong working knowledge of Google Suite and Excel.
Willingness and flexibility to work across timezones, travel internationally, and occasional weekend work as required (e.g. for on-site delivery).

Serve as the main point of contact for licensees and suppliers on day-to-day delivery matters, providing context and priorities to enable seamless delivery.
Successfully navigate cross-functional and cross-cultural relationships, balancing competing priorities to achieve project objectives.
Work to continuously improve distribution processes and systems.
