Person Specification:
We are looking for individuals who strongly resonate with Bloomin’ Buds mission and possess a deep understanding of its work and goals. The Board of Directors is collectively and individually responsible for the overall governance and strategic direction of the organisation, including its financial stability, the integrity of its operations, and the development of its objectives and goals in line with the governing documents as well as legal and regulatory guidelines.
All Directors should be aware of and understand their individual and collective responsibilities. They should avoid becoming overly reliant on one or more Directors in any aspect of the organisation’s governance.
