Job Summary

Director The Pound Arts Trust is seeking an inspirational, ambitious and dynamic individual to drive forward the development of this thriving community focused organisation into the next stage of its future.

Job Description

The Director is the senior executive role within the organisation, working with the Board of Trustees to shape the organisation’s future direction and sustainability and leading the staff and volunteer team to deliver a creative programme that has an impact both at local and regional level.
