London Concertante

Job Summary

We are now looking for a Digital Content Producer to bring our shows to life online—creating engaging video content, managing our social platforms, and delivering fresh, imaginative campaigns that grow our audience and build the brand.

Job Description

About London Concertante

London Concertante is one of the UK’s leading chamber ensembles, performing over 250 concerts a year across the UK and Ireland in stunning venues, from cathedrals to concert halls. Our vibrant and ambitious marketing team drives national campaigns, sells thousands of tickets every week, and supports a constantly changing season of performances.

We are now looking for a Digital Content Producer to bring our shows to life online-creating engaging video content, managing our social platforms, and delivering fresh, imaginative campaigns that grow our audience and build the brand.

The Role

This is a new role in a growing organisation with a huge number of concerts, customers, and campaigns to manage. You’ll be at the heart of our content output-shooting and editing Reels, designing social ads, helping us tell stories behind the scenes, and getting our work seen by more people, in more places.

You’ll also support the team with design and delivery of print campaigns, online advertising, and audience engagement-both locally and nationally.

This is an ideal role for someone with strong digital instincts, confident design and video skills, and a love of live performance.

Job Requirements

Essential

  • Proven experience creating social media content, especially short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Stories)
  • Strong video editing skills (e.g. Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or equivalent)
  • Confident design skills (Photoshop, Canva, InDesign, or similar)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of major social platforms and what performs well on each
  • Experience growing an audience or working with a brand to elevate its social presence
  • Understanding of influencers, paid collaborations, and creator partnerships
  • Strong written and visual storytelling instincts
  • Willingness to travel to venues around the UK and Ireland, sometimes on weekends

Desirable

  • Interest in music and the performing arts
  • Experience working with professional musicians or performers
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and website maintenance
