You will bring creativity, professionalism, and exceptional communication skills to all aspects of donor engagement and fundraising, helping us deliver transformative experiences for our supporters.

Job Requirements
Essential:
- Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, or patron management within the arts, cultural, or nonprofit sector.
- Strong relationship management skills, with confidence engaging high-net-worth individuals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- A collaborative team player with discretion and a genuine passion for the arts.
Desirable:
- Experience managing patron circles or membership programmes.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and fundraising databases.
- Understanding of trends in arts philanthropy and donor engagement.
- Existing network within UK and international cultural philanthropy communities.
