With around 20% of our income raised through development activity, this position is central to achieving our fundraising targets and ensuring we can continue to support artists and deliver an ambitious artistic programme.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and highly motivated individual who can support the Development Manager with a wide range of responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This hands-on role requires initiative, strong organisational skills and excellent communication.
