Mountview’s Development team oversees fundraising and alumni relations with ambitious yet achievable income and engagement targets which make a vital difference to our work developing the next generation of dramatic talent. This is an exciting moment to join the team – we’ll be marking our 80th Birthday in 2025/26 with a year-long programme of activity, designed to celebrate the Mountview community, demonstrate our impact and bring a step-change in fundraising and alumni relations.
The Development & Alumni Relations Officer is a key member of the team, supporting activity designed to cultivate and steward supporters and leading activity with our alumni, whilst providing vital administrative support across the team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to pursue a career in theatre and fundraising, with a broad-ranging role encompassing stakeholder engagement, communications, events and administration. You will work across all forms of fundraising – individuals, trusts, corporates and statutory funders – and take a hands-on role with our Alumni Network, engaging and cultivating relationships with alumni working throughout the West End, nationally and internationally.
SALARY: Circa £29K per annum, depending on experience
