Job Summary
Leicester Square Theatre and Museum of Comedy are seeking a proactive Deputy Technical Manager to support all technical operations across our vibrant central London venues. This is an exciting opportunity to progress in a fast-paced environment, working with top comedians and productions.
Job Description
- Operate shows, including sound, lighting, and AV setups.
- Maintain all technical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
- Deputise for the Technical Manager, including staff supervision and decision-making in their absence.
- Handle get-ins, get-outs, and daily venue maintenance.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in theatre/technical production, with strong knowledge of sound, lighting, and AV systems.
- Excellent communication skills (in person and via email) for liaising with performers, crews, and management.
- Proven multitasking abilities, efficiency under pressure, and prioritisation skills.
- Eye for detail and a versatile, hands-on approach.
