Dirty Dancing – The Classic Story On Stage will be embarking on a new UK and Ireland tour from August 2026.

Job Description

The Deputy Stage Manager will be required to sit in all rehearsals and compile the prompt copy, to compile and distribute rehearsal notes, setting lists and running lists, and to take responsibility for the running of rehearsals and ensuring relevant information is effectively communicated to the company and creative team.
The role will also be expected to call the show during performances, and to deputise for and assist the Stage Manager in the pastoral care of the company, and all other duties normally associated with the role of Deputy Stage Manager of a first-class touring production.

Experience of working in a similar role on a large-scale touring production or equivalent, including show calling, is essential, as are great pastoral skills, strong administrative, organisational and interpersonal skills, numeracy and computer literacy. All candidates must be willing to tour and be available for the full contract.
Rehearsals in London from 20 July 2026
Technical rehearsals in week commencing 17 August 2026 (Milton Keynes)
Performances from week commencing 24 August, prior to weekly touring in the UK and Ireland. Tour expected to continue until July 2027
