Dance Coordinator

Extensive knowledge and experience of dance training across a range of styles relevant to Musical Theatre and Actor training, alongside significant professional performance and choreographic experience.
Extensive experience within the music industry and HE sector, with a strong understanding of music education and experience of managing HE courses and delivering higher education teaching.
Highly collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively with teaching artists and colleagues to deliver excellence in multidisciplinary performance training.
Excellent people management, communication, digital, IT, time management and organisational skills, with the ability to solve problems effectively under pressure.
Creative and innovative, with the ability to develop original ideas, support budget management and hold a relevant degree or equivalent qualification/experience.
