Customer Service Assistant – (Job ref: PEC001)

Fixed Term Contract until 31st December 2026
Salary:
£15,077.87 gross per annum (£23,614.02 FTE)
Hours: 23.625 hours per week (working pattern below)
Location: PEC – Newton Abbot Library
Closing date: 9am, Thursday 27th November 2025
Interview date: Tuesday 2nd December 2025 at Newton Abbot Library

Working Pattern

Week 1 (18 hrs):

Monday: 9:00am – 5:00pm (7 hrs)
Tuesday: 3:00pm – 4:00pm (1 hr)
Wednesday: 10:00am – 3:00pm (5 hrs)
Thursday: 9:00am – 2:00pm (5 hrs)

Week 2 (29.25 hrs):

Monday: 8:45am – 5:00pm (7.25 hrs)
Tuesday: 9:00am – 4:00pm (6 hrs)
Wednesday: 10:00am – 3:00pm (5 hrs)
Thursday: 9:00am – 2:00pm (5 hrs)
Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm (6 hrs)

Total Weekly Hours: 23.625 hours per week
