Job Summary

We are looking for a contracts manager to join the Culture, Leisure and Libraries team for a twelve month period covering maternity leave.

Job Description

The role will lead management of our leisure services contract and the contract for management of Fairfield Halls, Croydon’s largest arts venue with a concert hall, theatre and studio spaces. The postholder will also work with the resident companies at Fairfield Halls, Talawa and London Mozart Players and will support procurement and contracting across Croydon Council’s Culture, Leisure and Library service.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have excellent commercial and financial acumen with the ability to analyse and interrogate complex contract and financial information. They will have strong people skills including working with a broad range of stakeholders, negotiating and bringing improvements to contract delivery. Experience managing large, complex contracts is essential.
