Job Description

Creative Sales Associate – Full Time (37.5h)

Location: Westfield London – White City

Hours: 37.5h a week

Pay: £12.21ph plus 2% commission on personal sales and monthly bonuses

What will you be doing?

Customer Experience & Sales

  • Be a brand ambassador: share the Moleskine story and connect authentically with customers.

  • Work towards daily and weekly sales targets and key KPIs (UPT, ATV, CRM).

Creative Engagement

  • Support small in-store workshops and creative activities to engage customers.

  • Collaborate with our Battersea Creative Hub to bring artistic initiatives.

  • Suggest ideas to attract footfall and position the store as a creative hotspot within a busy retail centre.

Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation

  • Maintain a beautiful and inspiring store environment at all times.

  • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure displays drive sales while sparking imagination.

  • Adapt layouts to support campaigns, promotions, and seasonal retail flows.

Operations & Stock Control

  • Process deliveries, organise stock, and ensure the stockroom runs smoothly.

  • Replenish products efficiently to maximise sales opportunities.

  • Support cash handling, till operations, and compliance with retail procedures.
