Job Description

We are hiring passionate, imaginative, and community-driven Creative Facilitators to join us on an exciting project launching this September through to the end of the year. You’ll deliver workshops that use creative tools and practices to engage young people aged 11-18 in AP settings.

We are looking for Artists, Poets, Writers, Storytellers, Theatre Makers, Musicians-facilitators who bring learning to life through creativity, empathy, and inclusion.

Job Requirements

Experience facilitating creative sessions with young people

Background in the arts (visual art, music, writing, poetry, theatre, etc.)

Excellent communication, empathy, and youth engagement skills

Familiarity with Alternative Provision or non-traditional learning spaces is a plus

Must hold a valid DBS (or equivalent background check)

Portfolio or example of past creative work required

Job Responsibilities

Design and lead engaging creative workshops (1-2 sessions/week)

Support students in exploring self-expression, identity, and storytelling

Collaborate with other facilitators and the Ideate team on curriculum goals

Foster a safe, inclusive and creative learning space

Participate in facilitator training and feedback sessions

Contribute to the documentation and evaluation of the project
