Job Description
We are looking for someone with experience and knowledge of working with disabled and neurodiverse young people within the arts (or lived experience). The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills as well as being able to demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and a methodical approach to work. They will be an excellent team player with strong planning and organisational skills, and the ability to demonstrate a pragmatic, focused approach to work.
This position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience or an understanding of arts administration or working in and/or with schools, colleges or FE.
Part-time (1 day a week/ 7.8 hours) fixed-term contract for three years. Hours can be worked flexibly across either 1- or 2-days a week Monday – Thursday.
Job Requirements
Essential Experience
Administration and organisational skills.
IT and digital media skills.
Experience working with disabled or neurodiverse young people (or lived experience).
Desirable Experience
Lived experience of disability or neurodivergence.
Knowledge of arts/creative sector pathways.
Experience in schools, FE, or youth programmes.
