Company Stage Manager

We are looking for an experienced, energetic CSM to join our company for the 2025 panto Cinderella.

You will be an excellent communicator; happy with providing the crucial link between management, production, company and technical.

You will be highly organised, capable of keeping a busy technical and rehearsal schedule rattling along, focused and on time.

You will be a great advocate, understanding and trouble shooting problems, and being able to sort any issues in a timely and sensitive manner.

You will be understanding, sensitive to the unique issues of each department, and able to keep things running smoothly. You will also be responsible for ensuring staff hours are logged and reported correctly for payroll.

Availability required from 10 Nov 2025 to 4th Jan 2026.

Fee is £675 per week, plus £260 subsistence if home address more than 30 miles from Cast. Holiday pay included and return train fare.
