Community Programme Producer

As a member of Senior Management the role will play a critical role in producing and championing community work at the centre of Nonsuch Studio’s output as a Charity. Success for the role will be the continuation of regular classes, opportunities for partnership working with key stakeholders and regular community projects in strategic locations across Nottinghamshire.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Developing and producing the delivery of Nonsuch Studio’s community programmes and its associated engagement activities.
– To be part of the strategic development of the community programme, identifying opportunities for expansion and collaboration with key stakeholders.
– To line manager the Community Projects Assistant, working to set key tasks and responsibilities across the community programmes.
– Recruiting and line managing freelance practitioners and additional staff as required by the projects against that of budgets.
– To be the budget holder for community programmes with associated reconciliation and reporting as required.
– To act as a Designated Safeguarding Lead within the organisation
