In this role you will:
- Lead the planning and delivery of Community Growing Projects (e.g. Grow Club, Herb Club);
- Develop and deliver family and school holiday programmes (e.g. Explore the Wild, HAF);
- Manage communications (website, newsletter, social media);
- Evaluate and report on impact for funders and internal learning;
- Serve as a named Safeguarding Officer and uphold safeguarding best practices.
- Support development of new programming based on community needs

- Experienced in coordinating or producing community-based programmes

Job Requirements
Job Purpose
To oversee and manage the following Company Drinks projects:
- Nature and nurture activities
- Community Growing Projects like Grow Club, Herb Club
- Holiday programmes for school children including HAF (Holiday activities and food)
- Family programmes including Explore the Wild
- The Dandelion Circles – community groups who are keyholders of the Pavillion
- Lead the development and delivery of all communications channels, including the website, newsletter, and social media, to ensure consistent, engaging, and accessible messaging that reflects the organisation’s values and voice.
- Programme and Audience development – the current strands can be further developed and expanded to reflect the needs and interests of the community
