Role accountabilities
We’re excited to offer an opportunity to join our team as a Community Musician in the Buckinghamshire area. Accountabilities include:
- Delivering group community music services in care homes, community settings and online.
- Managing onsite relationships with relevant staff members in settings
- Working flexibly with services and clients to meet their needs
- Work with and support session volunteers
- Liaise with clients, referrers, carers and family members
- Complete weekly registers and session logs
- Take payment for sessions and log this.
Person specification
- Enhanced DBS check
- Confident and self-motivated
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- A high level of vocal and keyboard skills and confidence in using percussion instruments
- Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- A full driving licence with access to a vehicle is required
