Community Engagement Producer (Place Partnership)

You will support us to build meaningful relationships with communities and create fun, inclusive opportunities for people to participate, share their experiences, skills and ideas, and lead change in their communities.

You’ll help us and the Place Partnership to understand what matters to our communities and turn insights into exciting plans and activity. You will be confident in bringing people and ideas together, working collaboratively with communities and partners, using co-created approaches, with a focus on creativity, health and wellbeing.

You will be someone who believes in the power of creativity to support change, and the importance of everyone having the chance to lead an active, healthy life – no matter who they are or where they live.

You will be someone who can manage administrative tasks, be a strong listener and natural connector with a willingness to try and test out new ways of working alongside communities. You be curious, and have the ability to turn ideas into engaging experiences and interactions.
You may be someone from a creative background or someone from a health and wellbeing background who uses creativity approaches to engage with communities.
