Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Co-Producer / Project Manager to join our team during the final development and touring of Nullspace Motel/ Highway To Infinity.

Job Description

Timeline: July to November 2025 (Please refer to the schedule in the job pack. While there is some flexibility with remote working days, availability is required for key in-person events including residencies, installation periods, and public presentations.)

Application Deadline: 1st July 2025

Interviews: Mon 7th July and Tues 8th July 2025

Fee: £250 per day for 22 days (1 day = 8hrs)

Total Fee: £5500

Location: Hybrid (in-person and remote)

  • In-person work will be required for game testing, residencies and presentations in Brighton and potentially other locations in the UK.
  • Travel and accommodation will be provided for in-person activities.

We are seeking an experienced Co-Producer / Project Manager to join our team during the final development and touring of Nullspace Motel/ Highway To Infinity. You will be working closely with the existing Co-Producer and the wider production team to deliver the final phases of this ambitious mixed-reality performance project. This includes upcoming residencies, a premiere, touring presentations and reporting to ACE. Confirmed presentation venues are ACCA in Brighton, and other high profile arts venues in the UK.

Your role will involve a combination of production, partnership liaison, and project coordination responsibilities, helping to ensure smooth communication, efficient logistics, and effective collaboration across the team.

Job Requirements

Administration & Team Coordination
– Coordinate with Production Coordinator on travel and comms
– Lead team meetings, set agendas, manage tasks in Asana
– Maintain internal comms via Discord and other platforms

Partnerships
– Manage relationships with commissioners and partner venues
– Confirm logistics, schedules, fees, and deliverables

Project Management & Production
– Oversee scheduling and timetabling
– Support budget tracking, finance admin, and reporting
– Liaise with partners, lead artist liaison, and team management
– Maintain documentation and support fast problem-solving
– Plan contingencies, manage H&S, line manage key roles
– Support recruitment with Lead Artist

Access & Inclusion
– Coordinate access support and flexible, inclusive practices

Marketing & Comms
– Liaise with marketing/PR for materials and visibility

Finance & Reporting
– Complete ACE reporting and evaluation
– Collect feedback/data, lead team review, and create handover

Oct-Nov Only
– Act as ACE contact, mana
