As we prepare to launch our bold 2027-2032 Strategy, we are looking for an inspiring, networked cultural leader to step into the role of Chair of the Board of Trustees (or join as part of a Co-Chair model) and help us tackle ageism and connect the generations.
Job Requirements
Arts & cultural leadership: Experience leading major programmes, projects, or organisations in the creative or cultural sector.
Advocacy & door-opening: A natural networker who can connect Magic Me with high-profile cultural partners and funders.
Passion for participatory arts: A genuine belief in the power of creative practice to change lives, challenge preconceptions, and strengthen communities.
Inclusive & warm approach: Strategic clarity paired with empathy, excellent facilitation skills, and a strong commitment to EDI and anti-ageist principles.
