Job Description

The Casting Department sits at the centre of all our media production projects. Reporting directly to the Head of Casting, you will specialise in all areas of sourcing talent, service providers, and locations for our upcoming shoots.

This role is fast-paced and highly variable. You will act as the administrative backbone of the department, supporting the Head of Casting with securing talent and executing the administrative processes required to fulfil all casting briefs. You will gain invaluable experience navigating usage and buyout rights, contracts, deal memos, booking forms, and NDAs, ensuring every booking complies with our strict company guidelines.

Job Requirements

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Assisting the Head of Casting to source diverse talent through industry casting platforms.

Briefing talent agencies and securing talent bookings for various projects.

Drafting and completing talent contracts, deal memos, booking forms, and related employment documentation.

Updating and maintaining internal casting databases and budget trackers.

Consulting and coordinating with our in-house production teams to meet specific project requirements.

Researching and securing suitable project locations.

Ensuring strict compliance with GDPR across all talent data and documentation.
