Cafe/Bar Supervisor

The Cafe Supervisor is a key role, leading the operation of the venue’s cafe, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming environment for our customers.

Situated within a charitable music venue, the cafe offers a selection of
freshly baked pastries, sandwiches, savouries, and baked goods. The role
involves overseeing daily operations, maintaining high standards of
hygiene and efficiency, and supporting the venue’s broader mission to foster community engagement and creativity.

The Cafe Supervisor will manage a small team of staff and volunteers, ensuring smooth service during events and daily operations, while aligning with the organisation’s values of inclusivity and sustainability.
They will also play a key role in enhancing customer experiences, driving
revenue to support the charity’s initiatives, and promoting the cafe as a
vibrant social hub within the music venue.

This position holds keyholder responsibilities and will act as a fire warden.
