Prepare and maintain internal and external spaces so they are ready for teaching, learning and events
Monitor building presentation, identifying and resolving issues that affect the campus environment

Work with contractors on site, helping to coordinate access and ensure work is carried out safely and with minimal disruption
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activity, inspections and completed work
Support health and safety activity on campus, including inspections, audits and routine compliance checks
Provide first line support for equipment and basic IT issues, escalating to central teams where necessary
Act as a first point of contact for building and maintenance queries, resolving routine issues independently
Contribute to operational projects and support wider campus activity as required
Work flexibly across teams, providing practical support where needed to maintain effective service delivery

The ability to organise and prioritise work, responding to changing demands with minimal supervision
