Leo's Circus
Job Summary
Job Description
Leo’s Circus is offering a paid 6-month placement through Artswork’s Breakthrough programme, designed as a genuine entry route into the creative industry for young people early in their careers.
The placement is split into two halves. In the first phase, you’ll help grow the organisation through fundraising, partnerships, and corporate outreach. In the second phase, you’ll get hands-on experience with the practical logistics of running our Easter holiday camps.
By the end of the placement, you’ll have gained real, transferable experience in grant writing support, corporate outreach, programme coordination, impact reporting, and community arts administration.
We particularly encourage applications from young people from underrepresented backgrounds, including those from low-income families, Black, Asian and minority ethnic communities, and those who have faced barriers to entering the creative industries.
Hours per week: 25
Hourly wage: 12.71
Job Requirements
We’re looking for someone with the right to work in the UK, who is available to start on 28th September 2026.
