KX Tickets is seeking a dedicated and experienced Box Office Manager to lead the on-site ticketing operation at Troubadour Canary Wharf Theatre, a new, purpose-built 1,200-seat venue in the heart of London’s financial district. Designed as an in-the-round theatre space, this exciting venue will open with the world premiere of The Hunger Games stage adaptation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key role in the opening of a major new London venue. As Box Office Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the box office, leading a team and working closely with colleagues across the venue to deliver excellent customer service and support strong ticket sales. It’s a varied and rewarding role, well suited to someone with a calm, confident approach and a genuine interest in live events.
Evening and weekend work is required.
Job Requirements
We’re looking for someone who:

Has at least 3 years of box office supervisory experience.

Is confident using ticketing systems (preferably Nliven or similar)

Brings strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Remains calm under pressure and takes a proactive, problem-solving approach

Has a genuine passion for live theatre and providing excellent customer experiences
