Board Member

Trapped in Zone One is a London-based organisation dedicated to connecting with communities through creativity. Using a wide range of artistic practices, the organisation provides engaging and accessible initiatives that inspire collaboration and foster community spirit. It’s mission is to empower individuals and groups by promoting cultural expression and community unity. By championing creativity, Trapped in Zone One aims to make a positive difference in the lives of the people it serves.

This is a volunteer role for a Board Member with Trapped in Zone One. As a Board Member, we are looking for an individual with one or more of the following areas of expertise:

Arts expertise, including the development of partnerships
Knowledge and experience of the community sector with art setting
Financial management and fundraising expertise within the art sector

Playing a key role in providing strategic direction, ensuring governance, and helping to shape the organisation’s goals.

The candidate will participate in monthly meetings, advising on organisational policies, fundraising strategy, and collaborate with other members to foster impactful projects. The support and insights will help Trapped in Zone One in mission alignment and continued contribution to community growth through creative initiatives.
