Job Description
The Bar Supervisor will support the Bar & Events Manager in the smooth running of the bar, both on a day-to-day basis and during events and private viewings. They will assist with stock management, ordering, deliveries, bar documents, bar training and acting as the main Supervisor on shift when required.
Suitable candidates will be self-motivated and have the ability to prioritise and manage their time and workload within a busy working environment. This position is a 30 hr a week contract.

Essential
Barista experience
Previous Bar Supervisor experience
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Enthusiastic, responsible, proactive and flexible approach to work
Ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy and sometimes high-pressure environment
Security and safety conscious
Good level of IT literacy (including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office)
Articulate, good clear communicator who is proactive in their approach to work
Punctual and reliable
High standards of confidentiality, initiative and tact.
Knowledge of alcohol and service laws and the confidence to enforce them
Experience of training and supporting team members
Ability to analyse sales data and produce accurate reports
Experience using POS systems and managing associated administration
Good attention to detail and accuracy when completing administrative tasks
