London Concertante is one of the UK’s leading chamber ensembles, performing over 250 concerts a year across the UK and Ireland in stunning venues, from cathedrals to concert halls. Our vibrant and ambitious marketing team drives national campaigns, sells thousands of tickets every week, and supports a constantly changing season of performances.

We are now looking for an Audience Insight & Box Office Coordinator to help us manage the increasing scale of our activity-ensuring our customer data, ticketing systems, and audience communications run smoothly and effectively.

The Role

This is a new role in a growing organisation with a huge number of concerts, customers, and campaigns to manage. You’ll play a key role in our audience strategy-keeping our CRM organised, making sure our shows are correctly listed and bookable, and supporting the team in delivering timely, effective marketing communications.

You’ll also be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, helping to deliver a smooth and positive experience for our audience.

This is an ideal role for someone with strong attention to detail, confidence working with data and digital platforms, and a genuine interest in understanding and engaging audiences.
