Wild Arts

Job Summary

Wild Arts is seeking an Associate Producer to join its small producing team, supporting the delivery of bold, accessible opera and music projects touring to venues across the UK. This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-growing national touring organisation.

Job Description

About Wild Arts

Wild Arts creates bold, accessible opera and music experiences, touring to venues across the UK and reaching audiences far beyond traditional opera settings. Our work combines artistic ambition with logistical ingenuity, and we pride ourselves on being a small, collaborative team delivering work to a high standard with care, clarity and imagination.

The Role

Wild Arts is seeking an Associate Producer to join the team. This role is weighted towards tour delivery and logistics, and artist liaison and contracting, and is ideal for someone ready to step up from an Assistant Producer or Company Manager role into a position with greater responsibility.

The Associate Producer will take a key role in the delivery and management of Wild Arts’ Summer Opera Tour, a 40-venue national tour reaching over 8,000 audience members each year, with responsibilities focused on tour delivery and logistics, artist liaison and contracting.

Working closely with the Lead Producer, Company Manager and Administrator, the role involves coordinating venues, artists and schedules, attending a number of tour dates, and supporting the wider producing team to ensure all projects are delivered smoothly and to a high standard.

While we anticipate this being a full time role, please do get in touch if you would be interested in it as a 3-4 day part-time role. We are still in the process of building our team, and if you are the right person, we would like to meet you.

Working is remote during planning periods (October to April), and hybrid once the summer tour is underway (May to September).
