Job Summary

Sternberg Clarke seeks a highly organised Assistant to support its Senior Account Director in delivering live entertainment for corporate and private events. Hull-based (hybrid), 10-month FTC maternity cover, £30k. Role includes admin, bookings, client management and project coordination of events.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Account Manager to support the Senior Account Director within our entertainment booking team. This role is primarily administrative and coordination-based, providing essential behind-the-scenes support to ensure the smooth planning and delivery of entertainment for corporate and private events. It will also involve managing your own clients and events and taking on the role of Account Manager. It is well suited to someone looking to build a career in events through a structured, supportive role.

Job Requirements

About You

  • Highly organised with strong administrative and documentation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes and learn new systems
  • Confident written and verbal communicator, with a high level of professionalism
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and supporting several projects at once
  • Ability to prioritise workload and tasks
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Education – degree level qualification
  • An interest or previous experience in events, entertainment or live production is desirable
