The training package will explore how to engage with, and meaningfully involve, young people. We expect that this package will be used to train and consult about Youth Voice with a wide range of organisations and individuals both within and outside of the creative sector. What is the AMP Training Collective? The ATC is a small team of young people (18-30 years) and was developed because we wanted to involve young people in the process of designing this programme to ensure that the final training programme represents the lived experience of the demographic it aims to support. Why are we recruiting a consultancy group? To ensure we have different voices represented throughout the project, this group will review a draft version/s of this training package.
