Job Description
Studio Upstairs is seeking an organised, reliable and confident administrator to join our Bristol Studio. The successful candidate would be passionate about the arts and working within a creative community hub.
This is a part time freelance contract, renewable after annual performance review. The role is office based – at the Bristol Studio.

Daily Rate (6 paid hours): £79.40

Hours per week: 12 hours

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:

At least two years of administrative experience

Experience of project coordination and/ or creative workshops delivery

Facilities management experience

Have excellent attention to detail

Be able to work to deadlines and agreed targets

Demonstrate a can-do attitude and commitment to ongoing learning

Have good knowledge of the local health and voluntary sectors

Be a team player, with understanding and commitment to Studio Upstairs mission and values
-
Be able to build strong relationships with arts networks, health networks, practitioners and organisations including those who support vulnerable adults.
