We’re looking for an organised and confident Academy Producer to manage the day-to-day running of our new performing arts academy for 7 – 17-year-olds at Parkway Beverley.

Part-time | Mondays 5.30pm – 7.30pm & Thursdays 5.30pm – 8.00pm. Start Date: Promotional Workshops from October 2025 with term beginning Jan 2026

Pay: £25-£30/hr (based on experience)

You’ll handle admin, parent communication, logistics and on-site support ensuring sessions run smoothly and professionally. A great role for someone who enjoys working with people and has a passion for the arts.

Job Requirements

We are looking for an Academy Producer to oversee the day-to-day running of TaleGate Parkway Academy in Beverley. You’ll be responsible for administration, parent communication, session logistics and on-the-ground support. You’ll also report directly to the TaleGate Team, including the Artistic Director and the Business and Creative Development Manager, to ensure the smooth running of operations and fulfil reporting requirements.

This is a practical and hands-on role perfect for someone who is confident, organised and enjoys working with people.

We want someone who takes pride in being organised and reliable. You don’t need to be a performer yourself but you should have a genuine interest in the arts and a passion for helping young people grow.
