PQA Bromsgrove & Redditch – Academy Assistants (Saturdays) Location: Lickey End First School, Bromsgrove

Hours: Saturdays, 10am-1pm

Start date: Saturday 28th February

Pay: £12.50 per hour (£37.50 per session), increasing annually with UK minimum wage

PQA Bromsgrove & Redditch is expanding as we move to our new home at Lickey End First School, and we are looking for two enthusiastic Academy Assistants to join our team.

This role is ideal for anyone with a passion for the performing arts and a genuine interest in supporting young people. You’ll work alongside our teaching staff to help deliver high quality weekend performing arts training to students aged 4-18, assisting with class support, supervision, and creating a positive, energetic learning environment.

We’re looking for individuals who are reliable, confident, and enjoy working with children and young people. Experience in performing arts is beneficial, but a positive attitude and willingness to get involved are just as important.

PQA follows safer recruiting practices. An enhanced DBS on the update service is required for this role; this can be arranged if you do not currently hold one.
