Academic Support Tutor

We are recruiting a new member of staff who has good communication and support skills to join a busy team of Academic Support Tutors, you should have the ability to work at a fast pace on numerous tasks at one time. Working with academic staff to identify students who would benefit from support: enabling effective student achievement and progression. Designing, delivering and developing group sessions and targeted interventions. Maintain, monitor and track students’ progression, retention and attainment. You will be working with students from many backgrounds developing their learning skills to ensure success in their qualifications. Teamwork and strong organisational skills are essential to making the role a success as this is a fast-paced role. Your role will be to assist in the delivery of study skills and academic support across the Higher Education provision.
